Located within a gated, mixed-use development, this is a fixed desk in a small shared office (8 desks total). Other tenants include a small interior architecture studio, several architects and a small batch tea company. We're a creative, friendly bunch who are looking to share with another amiable person.

The available desk space is outfitted with a 160cm wide desk, Steelcase desk chair, small storage unit. A communal meeting table and chairs are provided.

The office has 24 hour access and is centrally located within minutes walk to the amenities of Islington and Angel, walking distance to Highbury and Islington and Angel stations and a short bus ride to Kings Cross.

Rent of £380/month includes desks/chairs, wifi/utilities and weekly cleaning. Secure on site parking is available at additional cost.
